The Brief

In 2020, Alifurn approached us to streamline their fragmented digital strategy. Although they had a website, social media presence, and were running Google Ads, they weren’t seeing a return on investment. They needed a unified approach to strengthen their brand, improve the user experience, and drive sales, both online and through trade relationships.

What We Did

We created a cohesive digital strategy focused on web optimisation, branding, e-commerce integration, and digital marketing, balancing both B2C and B2B audiences.

Website Overhaul

Redesigned the website for better UX, detailed product pages, and built-in options for customisable furniture. Integrated PayFast and PayJustNow for online payments and added a simplified quote request system.

Trade Portal

Developed a dedicated B2B section for interior designers, retailers, and architects with tailored trade pricing and access.

Photoshoot & Branding

In 2023, we led the first professional photoshoot to elevate Alifurn’s visual identity, using curated locations, stylists, and photographers. This content was repurposed across web, social, and print materials.

Digital Marketing

Ran targeted Google Ads, refined social media profiles, and launched premium content campaigns to reinforce their high-end positioning.

Showroom Launch

Supported the 2024 launch of their Woodstock showroom with marketing materials and another premium photoshoot.
